Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Manufacture/Chemical/Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or equivalent. 
• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Required skills (s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, AutoCAD.
• Good learning attitude, strong interpersonal skills, responsible and independent.
• Able to multi task.
• Able to work on Monday-Saturday. 
• Fresh graduates/ Entry level applications are encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to assist Head of Department in the implementation and maintenance on Quality ISO 9001, Environmental ISO 14001 and IATF 16949 Management System.
• Plan and coordinate processes to ensure optimum output according to specification, required quality and meet delivery requirements.
• Monitor internal processes to ensure effective implementation.
• To ensure that corrective action for improving quality results are observed and carried out by production department.
• Coordinate process capability studies internally and drive the implementation of statistical tools on production floor.
• To liaise with R&D team in new product development & improvement on existing range of products.
• Assist in performing testing, analysis and report preparation.
• Determine equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand.
• Perform line audit to ensure daily production requirements are achieved to meet customer expectation.
• To monitor, review and make improvement if required on all existing manufacturing processes. To recommend any preventive action and corrective action where appropriate.
